Team Directory

This is a group of people working together on the platform, with defined roles and responsibilities, to perform tasks and access information.

Creating a team

  • Step 1:Go to the Team section and click New Team.
  • Step 2:Enter the team name, choose a team lead, select members from the user list, then click Create Team.

Editing a team

  • Step 1: Go to the Team section and click View on the team you want to edit.
  • Step 2: Click Edit, update the details, then click Save Changes.

Deactivating a team

  • Step 1:Go to the Active Teams section and click View on the team you want to deactivate.
  • Step 2:Click Deactivate, then in the pop-up, provide a reason and confirm by clicking Deactivate.

Activating a team

  • Step 1:Go to the Inactive Teams section and click View on the team you want to activate.
  • Step 2:Click Activate, then confirm in the pop-up by clicking Activate.
