Template Content Section
The Template Content section defines the actual message structure that will be sent to your customers through WhatsApp. In Convers8, this area allows you to configure Headers, Body, and Footer text with support for both named and numbered variables, making templates flexible, dynamic, and personalized.
Header
The Header is an optional component that appears at the top of your template message. It is often used for a short title or media element that helps introduce the message.
Header Options
Convers8 supports the following header types:
- Text Header
Limit: 60 characters
Useful for titles like: "Order Update" or "Promo Alert"
- Media Headers
You can choose one media type per template:
Image

Body

Supported Variable Formats
